In order to provide the highest quality care on a sound basis, we have developed convenient payment options for you to choose from. Prior to proceeding with the treatment; fees, insurance and financial arrangements will be discussed with you.
As a service we will check on your expected insurance benefits and we will file your insurance for you. The insurance company can either reimburse you or our office, depending upon your individual preference. However, it is understood that this is an estimate provided by the insurance company and the patient is ultimately responsible for all fees associated with the services rendered.
We expect that any portion of our fee not covered by the insurance company to be paid at the time of service.
We are proud to serve local military families as a United Concordia provider. We are also a Delta Premier provider. We accept all other insurance plans as an out of network provider, and payments by Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Our monthly payment plan is interest free, for up to 20 months, no fees, with a down payment. Care Credit, and Capital One offer payment plans for up to 60 months and may be financed with no down payment.
